Huntsman Chemical Company Australia

In 2011, Industrial Demolition completed one of the largest industrial demolition projects in Australia, the 35 hectare Huntsman facility at Brooklyn, Victoria.

 

DP World –Swanson Dock

The broad scope of demolition works carried out at DP World in the busy West Swanson Dock Intermodal container facility, is a working testimony to the skills Industrial Demolition has in operating in a live working environment 

 

Appleton Dock “C”

Responding to a selected tender group request, Industrial Demolition & Environmental Services were awarded the hazardous materials removal and demolition of the historic Appleton Dock “C” wharf situated in Melbourne’s Docklands 

 

 

VicUrban Dandenong Rejuvenation

Industrial Demolition & Environmental Services worked closely with VicUrban on this project. IDES has managed the hazardous material removal and undertaken demolition and site remediation of many of the projects sites. 

 

CSR Gyprock

As a result of the installation and commissioning of a new Gyprock mill and board line, the redundant board line and sections of the existing factory had become redundant and were scheduled for demolition. 

 

Barwon Heads Bridge Dismantling

IDES was contracted to undertake the dismantling of the historic 300 metre Barwon Heads Bridge, which has spanned the Barwon River mouth at Barwon Heads for over 83 years and serves as a vital vehicular and pedestrian link on the Bellarine Peninsula. 

 

Australian Sugar

IDS are often called upon to dismantle part of a manufacturing plant or to make modifications within a live environment. Australian Sugar’s Yarraville Refinery in Melbourne is Australia’s longest established sugar refinery having been established on the site in 1873 

 
 

TriTech Lubricants

In 2011, IDS responded to a number of emergency fire projects, including a massive incident, which occurred at the TriTech Lubricants factory in Dandenong South in May.
